A Massachusetts Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that Mohegan Sun was entitled to amend its original suit against the state Gaming Commission to include its latest review on Wynn founder’s sexual misconduct allegations, regarding its April decision to uphold the Boston license awarded to Wynn in 2014.Įncore Boston Harbor announced Wednesday that President Robert DeSalvio left his position, less than five months after the new Everett casino opened in late June.
Wynn Resorts stated that the casino's President Robert DeSalvio decided to step down, and will be replaced by Brian Gullbrants, who's been running food and beverage at the hotel.
